All this hype about Palin makes me want to hurl. Her speech, while it was spunky and entertaining, said nothing of substance. Oh, but she did mention she was proud to be a "pit bull with lipstick."
Like her or not, you have to admit that even though it would be sick & wrong, it's true that if Hilary were campaigning for VP and leaving her months old baby with Down's syndrome at home, the right wing nuts would be screaming bloody murder and calling her an abomination and an unfit mother.
I'd been taking solace in this election because no matter how it ended, we could only go up. Now I'm not so sure.

I don't even know where to begin having this conversation ... is that why others are quiet on this issue as well? Because there is so damn much to say? Starting with What.The.Hell?!
Also this - she is an advocate for abstinence only education. Really? I mean, I know her family is taboo and all, but really? Still? Really?
